I forgot my password and didn’t input a recovery email. Is my account recoverable?

No, it is not recoverable.

We do not collect any personal information from users when they sign up. It is impossible for us to know if you are the user who created, owns and controls the account you are seeking to access. Additionally, we do not know your password so we cannot help you with account recovery even if we wanted to.

If you are a paying customer, however. We may be able to recover it after an extensive review. Keep in mind any emails in your mailbox will be permanently unrecoverable.
